Build An Email List

Why? Because it is your first line of communications once you have it organized your way.

Prospects and customers that keep coming back or who refer new customers/prospects are your greatest source for getting new business.

People who have been to your place of business find it far easier to do it again than first time visitors.

An invitation to visit a specific place eliminates a fear of the unknown and builds confidence faster than a cold visit.

People who have joined your email list already have an interest in what you sell. You can talk to them via your list and make complimentary offers or in the case of consumable items make an offer to repeat their prior purchase.

Because you can input a variety of key words to your basic list, you can also target specific offers according to that customers former purchases.

A communication from you on a regular basis builds familiarity and confidence. They can get to know you and your brand and you will earn their trust.

Your promotions can include things like a special customer only sale during off hours. Or a special bring a friend night.

But, how do you get them on your list in the first place?

Create a drawing for something that all of your customers would like and give it away every week. The signups go directly to your email list.

At checkout ask if they would like to get your newsletter of specials or valuable tips or tricks.

Reward folks who refer someone who buys something even if you don't have a promotion running.

Ask them.
