These discussions are not all inclusive. They touch on their subject, but, do not go into any depth. They are intended to help you start thinking about subjects that you might want to dig deeper about.
As a business person, one of your required actions is your customer service. You must have a positive and friendly attitude about everything regardless the situation. This is your outward face.

One of the ways that I attempt to handle this is to make someone laugh or at the very least chuckle at least once per day.

In this way, I feel like I have made their day which in turn uplifts me. By looking for positive from all the negativism, I can most often accomplish this lofty goal.

An interesting side effect is like when I must get ahold of the customer service of some other firm. While their initial outward face should always be positive, it is frequently difficult depending upon their day so far. So, it is not inconceivable that their rep could have a very defensive churn going on inside them.

By getting them to laugh, I usually get the very best service and frequently get to the head of the line and any hidden deals that they are authorized to offer. And, it is whithout even trying. And, it is fun.

Just think what could happen for you as the business person offering a smile to everyone you encounter.
